I can’t say enough good things about my experience here! I worked with Monica to get my passport photo taken and print out forms for an emergency passport. She was so kind, thoughtful, patient, and helpful—even assisting me with filling out the forms. Monica’s knowledge and willingness to help made such a stressful situation so much easier. I also noticed how the entire staff consistently offered help to everyone who came in. They truly understand that many of their customers are going through stressful times with passports and visas, and they go above and beyond to make things smoother. On top of that, the food here is amazing! I ordered a bacon, egg, and cheese English muffin, and it was awesome. I also had the best chai I’ve ever had in the U.S., along with fresh fruits. There’s plenty of seating, which made it a great place to wait for my passport appointment and pickup. I’m so grateful for this place and the people who work here. Thank you, thank you, for being such a bright spot during a tough time!
I really love this deli. The breakfast sandwiches are perfect- I like the #20 (fluffy eggs and crispy bacon on English muffin). They make their soups from scratch daily- I've yet to find one I don't like. Their lemon chicken spinach is a fave. All their ingredients for sandwiches are fresh and they have fresh cut fruit daily. Really reasonable prices which can be hard to find downtown. If you need passport photos, I've watched them taken here and they let you pick the best shot. Highly recommend!
Like everyone else, I was on a mission to the 6th floor. What I found was a place with some of the kindest service I’ve ever had. I was helped with notary services (needed but unexpected here) and even an envelope/stamp. And do not skip the chai…best I’ve had. Thank you for the services and the hospitality!
This place is incredible. They absolutely saved my life getting my passport renewed. I showed up late to my appointment with none of the documents ready or photo taken. They helped me handle it all. I was in Seattle because I lost my passport and needed a quick replacement. This could’ve been an incredibly stressful day, but instead, I had the privilege of spending four hours here! They created an atmosphere that was comfortable, the coffee was done perfectly for me and the food was incredible! However, more importantly, they treated me and all customers with kindness and courtesy! So grateful! This day could’ve been a nightmare, but instead, I got a lot of work done in a wonderful environment and head a wonderful lunch! Thank you!
Monica was so nice to me! I was hungry after my passport appointment and came across this deli shop. I always love supporting family businesses . I ordered the chicken wrap and it was massssiveeeeee and so delicious! Service here was so attentive and smiley and much better than at comparable sit down restaurants Highly recommend coming here getting a sandwich and having a chat with Monica so so sweet and nice!
Best sub I’ve had on the west coast. I would never in a million years recommend coming within a mile of the passport office unless you have to. But these subs make it worth hazarding the trek. The service was mind blowing. They even watched our bags while we got our passports. I will note that this is note that if you are looking for a quiet place this is not it. But if you want baby photos done they do that.
Great minimart inside the building, soon I walked in I could smell some good sandwiches here. I talked to the register and he said that’s the homemade sandwiches bread smells!! They’re also have a passport photo service, which we were there for. Ask for Monica, she is the sweetest person
